The weekly drop-in class
Service Description
This is a relaxed class for people who know how to use their sewing machine and want to progress their skills in a group environment with help and advice on hand. It's a lovely friendly class and suitable for all levels, although you should already be competent using a sewing machine. If you are a total beginner, it would be a good idea to start with an Intro to Sewing Machines workshop or the Intro to Sewing Clothes short course, both of which are a great and comprehensive introduction to the basics. You are welcome to either bring your own sewing machine or use one of the studio machines, and teas and coffees are also provided throughout the session.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as fair and flexible as possible. You’re welcome to cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund. After the 14-day window, cancellations made more than 7 days before your class can be refunded at 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable, as it becomes difficult to fill the space at short notice. (Please note: If you book a class within 7 days of its start date, this non-refundable period still applies, even if you are within the 14-day booking window.) If you can no longer attend, you’re very welcome to pass your place on to someone else at no extra cost—just let us know who will be coming in your place. Should The Sewing Table need to cancel a class for any reason, you will, of course, receive a full refund for that session.
